STAFFORD HOUSE

Designed for a young family, the Stafford House is an alteration, addition & ‘build under’ project to a 15-year-old replica ‘Queenslander’.  Sited on a small lot in one of Brisbane’s Northern suburbs, the house’s main living areas originally faced West and lacked connection to the backyard.  The new extension improves occupant comfort (by re-orientating the house to face North) and connects the living areas to the new swimming pool & landscape.  For more project information, see Brisbane News Article
